Terms of Use

These terms apply to holomathesis.org, the global location and information hub for the Holomathesis network.

1. The purpose of this website

1.1 Holomathesis.org is operated by Holomathesis ("we", "us" or "our").

1.2 The website explains the Holomathesis network and helps visitors choose between the United Kingdom website at holomathesis.co.uk and the United States and international website at holomathesis.com.

1.3 Holomathesis.org does not sell courses, process payments, provide learner accounts or deliver paid course materials. Purchases made on a regional website are governed by that website's own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, prices, licence and refund policy.

2. Use by adults and learners

2.1 Holomathesis is a learning method for learners aged five and over, but commercial relationships are adult-managed. Accounts, purchases and communications on the regional websites are for adults aged 18 and over.

2.2 This hub does not provide child accounts, child profiles, mailing-list subscriptions for children, direct messaging with children, uploaded learner work or child-facing AI tools.

2.3 Visitors must not send us identifiable, educational, medical, safeguarding or other personal information about a child.

3. Information, not professional advice

3.1 Material on this hub is general information. It is not educational assessment, medical, psychological, safeguarding or legal advice.

3.2 Holomathesis does not diagnose learning differences and does not replace teachers, educational psychologists, medical professionals, safeguarding professionals or other qualified advisers.

3.3 We do not promise any particular academic, developmental, confidence, memory or wellbeing outcome.

4. Regional links and third-party websites

4.1 Links to holomathesis.co.uk and holomathesis.com lead to separately operated regional services with their own legal documents.

4.2 Other external links are provided for context or convenience. We are not responsible for external content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

5. Location preference and privacy

5.1 The hub may remember a visitor's chosen region using a first-party preference cookie or similar local setting. The site must still provide a visible way to change region.

5.2 Any analytics or other information processing is governed by the separate holomathesis.org Privacy and Cookie Notice.

5.3 The hub will not use a location preference to make an irreversible automatic decision or prevent a visitor from choosing another regional site.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 The Holomathesis name, branding, explanations, diagrams and original website content belong to us or are used under licence.

6.2 You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal reference. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly upload, remove rights notices or create a competing product from the content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

7.1 You must not attempt to compromise the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use the site unlawfully.

7.2 We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, comply with law or investigate misuse.

8. Availability and accuracy

8.1 We take reasonable care over published information but may correct errors, update explanations and change the regional routes or services described.

8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the website.

9. Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

9.2 Subject to section 9.1, we are not responsible for decisions based solely on general hub content, losses caused by misuse, or the content and operation of external websites.

9.3 Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Changes to these Terms

10.1 We may update these Terms when the hub, network or law changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.

11. Governing law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Visitors retain any mandatory rights that the law of their home jurisdiction gives them.
